With this setup, all the Windows computers, including the server, share the same Internet connection. Additionally, all files could be stored on the file server which will allow users access to the files as they move about the office. This will also allow files to be backed up from one location on a regular schedule.

With a Local Area Network (LAN), there is no need for everyone to have their own printer. Any of the Windows computers can be setup to use either of the two printers on the network.
